Welcome to Bluebird Rotterdam, where I believe that love has no labels, limits, ethnicity, gender, or color.
As an inclusive wedding cake provider, I value honesty, integrity, kindness, and respect.
My mission is to help you celebrate your love in the sweetest way possible and making the process of booking your wedding cake as straightforward and organic as can be.
I run the business single handedly; from designing and making cakes, to delivering orders, communications and managing social media, so when you chose Bluebird for your cake, it will be me and only me you deal with, which I hope adds to the personal touch.
WEDDING BOOKING PROCESS
1) GET IN TOUCH WITH ME
As soon as you know the date of your wedding get in touch with me via email to find out if I am available.
If your date is available and you want to make sure I can schedule you in, you can already secure your spot with me a 150€ non-refundable booking fee.
In your enquiry include:
Wedding date
Number of guests
Location and time of event
Design/style of wedding cake (you can include photos)
If you don’t already know the flavour profile of your cake, you can order a Wedding cake sample box.
2) WEDDING SAMPLE BOX
If you would like to explore cake flavours, I can arrange for you to sample my cakes with a beautiful tasting box by post.
In this box you will be able to sample 3 cake flavours of your choice in my menu.
My Wedding Cake sample boxes are posted periodically, I will let you know when my next sending will be.
Each Tasting box costs €50 including postage.
3) IMPORTANT DETAILS
Upon confirmation of your booking, your date will need to be secured with the payment of the €150 non-refundable booking fee.
Once your cake flavour will be chosen, we will fine tune the next details together like: the design of your cake, number of tiers, types of flowers, cake stand hire, the coordination of delivery and set up of your cake, your contact person on your wedding day...
If you are having fresh flowers on your cake, I can liaise with your florist or will organise the blooms myself.
Your final balance will be due 28 days before your wedding date. The booking fee will be deducted from this final cost.
From this point on, you can sit back, relax and look forward to your special day!
4) WEDDING DAY
It's your wedding day!
You won't hear from me, everything will be rolling and all you'll have to do is enjoy your big day, worry free, finally!
