Bluebird cakes are handmade and prepared upon demand.

Everything is made in-house, from the cakes, frostings and fillings like lemon cream and salted caramel.

Signature cakes are composed of 4 layers of cake, 3 layers of filling and covered in a smooth Swiss meringue buttercream.
