ORDERING PROCESS
All communications are done via email, ensuring that no important details get lost.
Once information is collected, I will give you a final quote.
When your order is confirmed I will send you a non-refundable booking fee of €50 via Whatsapp. I can also email your invoice. This fee will be deducted from your final invoice.
Booking fees must be paid within 12 hours. Your order is confirmed only once the booking fee is paid.
The remainder of your payment will be due 2 weeks before pick-up.
Pick-ups are in Rotterdam Noord
Weekday pick-ups: Thursday- Friday from 14:00-17:00.
Saturday pick-ups: 10:30-11:30.A 15 min time slot will be booked for you. Please be on time as other clients are usually booked right before or after you.
BLUEBIRD SERVINGS
Many cake designers use a price per portion as the basis for pricing their cakes. Typically this is the base cost for a simple, undecorated cake, with additional design features like gold leaf, flowers, props added on top.
For a professional Custom designed cake, you should expect a minimum price per serving of €9,50-€10,00+.
The above average price per portion is for a “dessert” sized serving which is typically a 1x2inch (2.5x5cm) slice of cake, presented on the left of the photo below. Bluebird cakes are always based on this "dessert" serving size.
Celebration and wedding cakes can alternatively be served in smaller “coffee” sized portions which are half the size - 1x1inch (2.5x2.5cm).

All cakes are made of 4 layers of cake, 3 layers of filling and are covered in luscious Swiss meringue buttercream.
Classic cake: 16 dessert servings / from €150,00
Party cake: 28 dessert servings / from €180,00
For bigger cake sizes don’t hesitate to ask.
The choice of cake flavour, design complexity and props used determines the end price.
It is advised to place your order at least 1 month in advance.
Your cake will come in a clear dome box with ribbon.
