I take pride in using only the best ingredients and the latest baking and designing techniques to create cakes that will wow your guests. Bespoke cakes are made to order, ensuring that each cake is a unique masterpiece that reflects your tastes and preferences. I bring together the best of both worlds by combining the finest flavours inspired by
my native Montréal with the local city vibes of Rotterdam.

Each cake is made fresh to order, with carefully sourced ingredients.
I focus on using seasonal produce and only use house-made fillings, like salted caramel and curds,
ensuring the highest quality and flavor in every bite.
For that extra wow factor, my cakes stand tall at at least 7"/18cm,
with 4 layers of cake and 3 layers of filling.
Covered with velvety Swiss meringue buttercream, never fondant,
all cakes are finished with super sharp edges, giving a crisp, clean, flawless look.
