Bluebird's first series of workshops are finally here!  

Ever wondered how the experts get that silky smooth finish and crisp edges on their buttercream cakes?

Wonder no more! 

These classes are on the pulse of today's trends. I will teach you (step by step) an array of techniques and skills which will help in your cake art game. You’ll take home your completed cake as well as the recipes you worked with.

You’ll then have all the knowledge you need to nail those fundamental elements over and over again. 

 

These two first workshops are for the beginner who just wants to get a grasp of the basics or the novice baker who wants to refine their craft. The perfect all rounder classes!

 I will teach you how to prepare, assemble, frost and decorate layer cakes in a relaxed, fun and informal atmosphere.

Minimum age: 14 years old

The lesson is taught in English, but I also speak Dutch (and French!)
