SAVE ROOM FOR DESSERT
Bluebird cakes are always handmade from scratch and prepared upon demand.
The focus is to bake according to seasonal produce, therefore some cakes
are only available in certain months.
Everything is prepared in-house, from the cakes, frostings to fillings like lemon curd and salted caramel.
Signature cakes are made of 4 layers of cake, 3 layers of filling and covered in a smooth
Swiss meringue buttercream, never in fondant.
MAKE SURE TO ORDER AT LEAST 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE!
Extra costs are added for decorations such as flowers, cake toppers and lettering
